Country Manager in Indonesia

Minimum of 12+ years of experience in innovative and fast-moving financial services or online business, with a proven record of successfully leading and growing businesses in fast-growing markets.
Senior Management and/or Country Manager experience, ideally within Indonesia or the Southeast Asia region.
Fluency in the Bahasa Indonesia language is highly desirable.
Deep industry knowledge of payments, eCommerce or mCommerce essential, experience in risk management and regulatory requirements (especially in financial services) advantageous.
Strong communication and people skills, and enjoy working in cross-functional, highly matrixed settings.
Experience in a high-growth, face-paced business environment.
Good strategic and business judgment skills.
Education:Masters Degree or Equivalent
