Bachelor's Degree in Oil/Gas related / Mechanical / Civil / Chemical or any Engineering related field with technical experience.
At least 18 - 20 years of relevant significant experience coupled with a high degree of demonstrable track record in Engineering Management on a range of projects from the conceptual stage through FEEDs to full EPC on multi-million/billion dollar gas, petrochemical and refineries projects. Incumbents with more years of experience will be considered for senior role
Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive.
Possess good leadership, interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills.
Flexible approach and able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude and a desire to win.
Ability to promote an open and informal communication environment that aims at growing mutual trust and teamwork.
